My process begins with needs analysis to ensure I address any gaps through the learning solutions I develop. In addition, I am quick to communicate with stakeholders through web-based applications, especially with file transfer programs and community platforms. I collaborate with subject matter experts in order to ensure deliverables address the expected learning outcomes and drive lasting results toward the company's performance goals.
As a professional who enjoys creative work, I gravitated toward instructional design because it combines my passion for learning as well as visual design. Having the ability to design a plan to create learning modules that fill a need while bringing it to life through various modalities in a way that reduces learners' cognitive load sparks my passion for the field. I aim to produce excellent samples that acknowledge learner needs while reaching company goals and expected outcomes.

With a background in education, I am an avid learner who enjoys trying new things. Some of the hobbies I currently dabble in include reading, modern / contemporary dance, podcasting, pet care, poetry, and baking. I approach these activities with a sense of wonder and curiosity.
